Damning new evidence has emerged to prove once again that Chris Koster is engaged in corrupt pay-to-play activities as Attorney General.
An official state expense report filed by Koster reports a trip from Jefferson City to St. Louis for a "Meeting with Express Scripts Executives" on August 30, 2011 with expenses paid by Missouri taxpayers. Two days later, on September 1, 2011, Chris Koster reported a $10,000 donation to the Missouri Ethics Commission.

Republican Attorney General nominee Ed Martin is demanding Koster return the donation and apologize to Missourians.
"Just this summer State Auditor Tom Schweich caught Koster using contingency fee contracts to pad his campaign war chest with hundreds of thousands in donations from law firms. Now, this new evidence is even more proof that Koster is corrupt. He has compromised the integrity of his elected office by engaging pay-to-play schemes straight out of Obama's Chicago. Chris Koster needs to stop the corrupt use of people's money for his campaign fundraising. Enough is enough. Return the money now, Mr. Koster."
State Auditor Schweich's audit released in June found $170,000 in campaign contributions from firms actively bidding on state contracts. Another $4 million was spent on "legal and expert" witness services, but without adequate documentation to justify the expenses. This scorching new evidence is proof that Koster is using taxpayer dollars to pad his campaign coffers.
